Before diamond layer, it is just high quality tungten carbide button as the base.
After diamond layer, it become into PCD inserts.
PCD tips / PCD inserts show :
Diamond PCD inserts / also called PCD tips, PDC inserts, PDC tips, PDC buttons , is very expensive , it is longlife time than any other material. But it is cost, because of its' long life time, much time, much damage are saved!
