1308 Polycrystalline Diamond Cutters , PCD Cutters For Rock Drilling Tools
PDC consists of two parts: polycrystalline diamond layer and tungsten carbide bas. It is a super hard product made by sintering super hard composite material under special high temperature and high pressure.
Features: Good wear-resistance, impact resistance and good thermal stability.
Application: it is suitable for making petroleum drill bits, coal mine drill bits and cutters.

Design Target of D PDC Insert
ZZBetter D PDC inserts are mainly used mining picks and DTH hammers, which can be applied for drilling hard formations and abrasive formations.
ZZBetter can produce different types of Spherical Products, the specifications of D PDC inserts are from Φ5mm ~ Φ25mm, with shape of dome, Conical, Parabolic and Teeth.
Design Target of T PDC Cutters
1. TC PDC Cutter (Flat shaped, Comprehensive products)
2. TD PDC Cutter (Flat shaped , High Wear Resistance Products)
3. TP PDC Cutter (Spherical Products)
To meet different drilling requirements of PDC cutters, Zzbetter had developed the third generation TC and TD PDC Cutters in the year of 2014.
TC PDC Cutter: Compared with TRC PDC cutter(the second generation), TC PDC cutter has improved impact- resistance more than 1 time, and the wear-resistance of TC PDC cutter declines a little(less than 20%), thermal-stability significantly increases.
TD PDC Cutter: Compared with TRC PDC cutter(the second generation), TD PDC cutter has improved wear-resistance 40%, impact-resistance and thermal-stability significantly increase.
Zzbetter TP PDC cutters are mainly used in back-up row, inner cone, gauge row of PDC bits and Rock roller bits, which can be applied for drilling hard formations and extremely hard formations.
We can produce different types of Spherical Products, the specifications of TP PDC cutters are from Φ5mm~Φ25mm.
